xvg8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method after satisfactory KYC completion.
